As others have described this is not the place to go for a pampered haircut. My hair was washed with cool water then rubbed dry with a towel rather than just squeezed or patted which made it all matted and the brushing was painful as was the very hot blowdry that burnt my scalp. BUT the end result was exactly what I wanted. It was a good haircut
