very busy and hot, but I was seen relatively quickly, the beautician that saw me was very friendly and made me feel at ease, she did an amazing job, which keep me calm as I was quite nervous and self conscious. The only issue is that she rushed a few areas and should of doubled check everything was OK, but that is me just being picky. the room was fine, small and had a broken lamp, i would of been more hygienic if the bin was cleared every season.

booked a ladies short haircut as I have short hair. I was told by (non hairdresser, some sort of floor manager) staff that I have to pay £5 extra if I wanted anything more than my sides cut. after speaking to an actual hairdresser who actually asked me what I wanted and din't just assume what I wanted, he said that it would be perfectly fine to do what I want. The hairdresser himself was absolutely lovely, and I would see him again, but the rest of the salon is the reason I won't be back.
the wax was a messy procedure. I have been waxing for over 20 years so my sample size is large to make this statement. The room was tiny, there was hardly any light, I left covered in wax.
yet again, won't be back for that.
5/5 stars to Ricardo the hairdresser tho.
