This was the most awful eyebrow waxing experiencing. There was no consultation with me on what I wanted before she started, and then I explained to her three times what I wanted and offered to show a picture (which she declined). I came out with the completely wrong eyebrow shape for what I asked and have patchy eyebrows from where there they have been previously waxed but not followed the same this time. I wish I gave up sooner so I could at least get them fixed elsewhere, now I have to wait for them to grow out.

This is by no means a relaxing salon - the music is unbearably loud and it's hectic. Saying that, I had the most lovely hairdresser by the name of Annamarie and she was really kind and I was very pleased with my olaplex treatment and haircut. I went at a busy time and there was some waiting time for sinks but overall it was fairly quick. However I do think the music is too loud - I could hardly communicate what haircut I wanted.
