The salon was very loud and busy and it could have been maintained better, plus nobody really looked after you. Think if you're a regular there you are well looked after though. That said, my beauty therapist was lovely and fast and did a good job.

I had a shellac mani with take-off, but instead of the usual friendly reliable service I have had in the last few years, this time was an unpleasant experience. Perhaps the new manicurist had an off day, but she shouldn’t take it out on her client.
