It was extremely crowded, hot (I was sweating while waiting), and had a clinical feel. The Dermalogica samples looked like they had expired a while ago, and I got a breakout after (no surprise). At the end of the facial (no touching of the neck or décolleté) my face was super oily which the therapist said was normal and then gave me a tissue to wipe out the excess oil. I know it's on the cheaper side of facials, but I've had better experiences in the same price range. Not going back.
