Overall it’s good but the removal is unusual and ruins the bed of your nail, instead of soaking for a longer period of time they just scrape off the polish impatiently and the tool they used cut my finger which is still sore 2days later.
The first time I got a shellac mani here I was extremely happy with the result. It lasted a good 3+ weeks without chipping. However last week I got it done again (by someone else here) and I am thoroughly disappointed. It is already chipping because the nails and cuticles were not properly filed and polish wasn’t applied very nicely (on the sides and top of the nails). The lady who did it was really, really sweet but her work was not that good.
