Hairdresser was rough and not very pleasant. Rushed through the haircut but half of my fringe is longer than the other half. Sink for shampoo was dirty.

Gabriele was great, he was very friendly and knowledgeable, gave me honest advice about my haircut and paid a lot of attention to everything he did. It turned out exactly as I wanted. The Soho venue is quite small and busy, and it was a very hot day when I went so not the best ambiance and a bit of a mess because of how busy it was, but staff is good and I'm happy with the result.
