Raquele was very thorough with very good attention to detail. I must say I did however get three cuticle bleeds from over-energetic cuticle removal - will ask her to be more gentle next time.

Quick and professional. Staff were discreet and thorough. Used hot wax which I find much less painful. Would highly recommend.
Hollywood Waxing
The therapist was about 10/15 mins delayed and didn't even apologise when she started my manicure - I understand sometimes it's the previous client's fault but a bit of cortesy would have been appreciated. She was nevertheless very nice and a good therapist, and my manicure was performed almost flawlessly. Recommended!
Gel Nails Manicure
I had a Hollywood wax which was quick and efficient and the room was clean. Only downside was the room was in the men's barber section

The staff was really nice. They understand exactly what I wanted to do. The shop looked a bit unclean but it was ok. I really recommend the place.
