Roberta is a fantastic and very quick waxer and thank goodness because between the deafening music that plays throughout the salon and the playground antics of the staff -you don’t want to be in this salon for very long, if at all. (Had I not of paid already online I would have walked straight back out). When I arrived I had to repeat myself to the receptionist 3 times so she could finally hear that I had booked an appointment. I have been told by a staff member that the boss / manager of the salon insists that the music is kept loud so it is in keeping with the surrounding Soho area. I find this utterly ridiculous, it’s not a Soho club but a salon providing services to clients that I’m sure would like to be heard when they speak and not leave with a ringing in their ears! Whom ever is boss / manager of this salon should turn the music down to a more tolerable and therefore enjoyable level, put a stop to the playground nonsense between staff infront of clients and save it for the staff room.

Very friendly girl and she was very quick. However, it sometimes took her 4 pulls before the wax was off (whilst it's supposed to be just 1). This made it very uncomfortable and painful.

Even though I booked a 2 hour slot for my manicure and pedicure I felt rushed and not really pampered.
The girl did my cuticles quite badly and made 3 of my fingers bleed, she gave me 10% off but my nails did not look neat.
