One of the most painful waxes I have ever had! The girl was rushing and just ripping everything off. Such a shame as I had such a good experience the first time I came.

Honestly very disappointed as I had such a good experience previously. The lady who was doing my nails didn't understand what I said when I said I wanted my nails to be more pointy and instead just filed them skinnier and skinner so I had to ask her not to shape my other hand at all so the two do not match. I then chose my colour when the lady looked worried and when asked what was wrong she said it was an old bottle so I asked her to get a new one. She then returned with the manager saying that the she was only the acting manager and that there was no way to get to the new stock. So I had to chose a different colour, of which are limited but was happy with my choice. The lady then got out a nail buffer and look so confused by the product, not exactly filling me with confidence. But she carried on and did a good job of the nails overall. However looking at them the next day, she hadn't coloured the whole of the nail and there are gaps between my finger bed and the actual nail and she hadn't coloured to the cuticle. I'm really disappointed as I had such a pleasant experience the last time I came and nails turned out perfectly with such a good price.
Slightly limited by lack of english, so impossible to discuss style etc, but quality of beauty treatment was still good
