Overall the experience was fine. I was given an earlier slot as I arrived ahead of schedule which was very accommodating. The cut was quick and competently done and the blow dry was fine (a little rough from time to time).
Personally I like the extra touches (how was your day, would you like a drink, can I put you coat away for you), whilst these aren’t a necessity they make the experience more pleasant.
For the price it was good value for money.

I used this place for simple hair ends maintenance which is fairly simple task and my hairdresser did a good job. However I would never recommend this place for bigger hair change or challenging hair cut, as the music was super laud and we literally exchanged about 5 words overall. It was impossible to talk to the hairdresser or ask any questions. The place was really busy, staff was reasonably friendly but if you want deeper conversations about your hair or ask any for any tips it would take a lot effort. Not relaxing space at all.

You get what you pay for. They double dip in the wax pot which is disgusting. Therapist was ok
