Not very good wax at all, paid for hot wax but told strip would be better. After disagreeing about it for a while agreed to strip wax but should have stuck to what I thought! Not very thorough at all and the Hollywood was more like a Brazilian! Disappointed as this was for my holiday.

The shellac was good as per usual, but what's annoying is when you book an appointment well in advance, 30mins before your appointment they decided to move it 15mins forward! Second time this has happened

One of the most painful waxes I have ever had! The girl was rushing and just ripping everything off. Such a shame as I had such a good experience the first time I came.
