I am gutted to say my experience was awful. It wasn't my first time at Splash, hence why I returned, and the first time was great and everybody wasn't lovely. However the service I had this second time was dreadful. I suspect you just have to get lucky to get the right beautician, the one I had didn't wax me, she aggressively tore my skin and ripped the hair off me. She clearly wanted to be done as soon as possible. I was also having a Brazilian which is a delicate area (on top of a half leg). I was red and swallen for days and I had to go see a GP to get some help. The hair grew back in less than a week, it would have been cheaper and less painful if I used a razor as that's the final effect I got. The place was also very dirty on the floor and on the surfaces, dust and hair and rust on some tools and containers.
