Got my nails done. While doing my cuticles it bled it was so rough and painful and it bled! She tried to cover the blood by running the water over the nails. My pinky and index nails were bleeding. Rubbish skills I have pictures for a proof my finger nails are so sore and painful still. Got it done by Roberta. Awful. I even sent a complaint email but no one got back to me.
Pedicure
I had a wash, cut and blow dry with Lio. He was great - listened to what I would like and gave advice. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I love my new haircut and would definitely come back. All of the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere of the place was great. The only downside I can think of was that the music was quite loud so I couldn't speak to Lio easily as I couldn't hear him. Overall, great haircut, great service and great value for money.
