I find Splash to be really good value, and most of the time the staff are amazing. On a couple of occasions the odd member of staff has been slightly rude, making me feel uncomfortable whilst getting my wax. One lady shouted at me for moving whenever it hurt, and on another more recent occasion the girls’ attitude was also slightly aggressive and didn’t make me feel relaxed. However most of the time I have brilliant beauticians who are very quick, friendly and professional.
