I went for a back massage and I did not realized I would get a full body massage (back, legs and face and skull). The spot is a hair salon and a beauty salon for nails and pedicures too. I was a bit worried at first because it was very busy and very noisy. The area for the massage is a bit isolated so it blocks the noise from the rest of the place and the calm and relaxing music that played in the back made the environment very suitable for a great massage. My therapist Clara was very nice and professional. I came in with with a a very tension back and very stressed from the day and I came out completely relaxed and serene. I had not slept this well in weeks. Next time I go back, I will definitely ask for her :)
The salon seemed very hectic when I walked in and the staff were not particularly welcoming or inviting upon my arrival. The set up of the room was OK, nothing special. My therapist however must have had a cold or something... she was sniffling the entire time and even stopped to blow her nose at one point. Quite disgusting to have her touching me after that...
I visited Splash last Saturday, I arrived a bit late so the massage only lasted for about 40 mins. Viviana, my therapist was great, knowledgeable and smiling, she asked me a few times if the pressure was ok. She spent all the session on my back, working on my knots. I felt so relaxed after the session! I will book again shortly!
I went on a Saturday and the salon was quite busy, but I only had to wait a short while for my therapist to treat me. All the staff were super friendly and the massage was excellent. Very much recommend it.
Not felt welcome at all. I arrived 5mn late. The receptionist (a male) told me : ''oh yeah you had an appointment at ... and you are 10 mn LATE!'' which made me feel so bad!!! Then the manucurist was really gentle, nice and friendly. But she was complaining how bad the working conditions were, how long hours they work. She let me go as she was in a hurry to get cigarette break, and assured me that the nail polish was dry but 5mn after leaving the salon, hand polish and feet polish were damaged, as it was not dry enough. I spent 45 pounds for a ruined manucure and pedicure, Will not go back at all!
