Genuinely best Hollywood I've ever had - really fast and well done

I was 10 minutes late to my appointment and called 3 times to let the salon know but nobody picked up. Naturally, I was quite rushed and the wax was very hot. I let the staff know that I was uncomfortable but the wax was still very hot, I understand that it's partially my fault, but most salons manage with less time without stress or attitude.

Definitely exceeded my expectations! Matt was a lovely and attentive hairdresser. I left with a haircut that looks far more expensive than it was.
