I arrived to my appointment and was asked to wait for a couple of minutes while my hairdresser finished with another customer. He was very patient and listened carefully to what I wanted for my hairstyle considering the length and thickness of my hair. After he allowed me to explain, he suggested what would look good on me and proceeded to wash my hair and then cut it while damped, with a lot of attention to detail he later blow-dried my hair and finished cutting some more creating some layers to remove weight and add volume. He worked wonders :) highly recommend it.
