Great result, better than the last keratin treatment I had which was double the price! Staff were friendly and knew what they were doing. Music was very loud but other than that, all good.
Ladies' Brazilian Blow Dry
I am very picky about my nails and have a regular salon that I go to. However I needed to book before going to an event after work and I booked at Splash Soho. The salon was buzzing and Roxana was the therapist was amazing, my manicure was perfect and actually much better than I get in my normal salon. Will be back to see Roxana soon!
Gel Nails Manicure
Very thorough and final finish very pretty - it would have been much more enjoyable if the therapist could improve on communication - not worried about pronunciation, although please try just a few words. Also, please more gently on the cuticle work and filing then I would definitely up the rating - as before, the final outcome is very pretty so well done!!

Convincing sun-kissed tan and very pleasant therapist - otherwise mistakenly thought I'd be going into a private booth although discovered would have to strip down to a paper thong, with all excess flesh and cellulite on display for the therapist - not something I'd like to repeat until substantially slimmer!!
This was my second appointment at Splash, the first time I went to their Charing Cross branch which was much smaller so I it was a pleasant surprise to see that the basement floor (where the manicure rooms are) was much bigger than anticipated.
My therapist was very good and honest when helping me to choose the color. I initially wanted French manicure which she advised me that they don't do when the client has purchased a voucher because it takes longer.... So that was the only downside for me and I wish they could say so on the advertisement for the evoucher so nobody is let down when they get there. Although a little disappointed, I chose to go with my go-to color -RED!!! She told me it sometimes could be see-through but the end result was good so, all in all, I am pleased with Splash and their services.
