But it would be better if the appointment confirmation actually told you who was going to be giving the treatment in case you wanted them again or didn't want them again
Swedish Massage
Recently got a waxing treatment. In my opinion the member of staff was really unprofessional, slow and she looked not focused on what she was doing, not enough experience and skills so low. Job done in not precise way. I suggest more practice, more trainings by the company to own employees. And she wasn't able to comunicate in english.

I always go back to Splash it's one of the most reasonable salons in soho and the staff are always lovely and very efficient
