So my first experience at Splash was terrible, as now I'm even more sure that I paid for the deluxe manicure and got the crap express one!! But since prices are good for central London and it is very convenient to go on my lunchtime I decided to give it another go, and this time got another professional called Victoria and she was great! The service was completely different than the first time, even though I paid for the same treatment on both times! She is great, not fast but very detailed, and I rather have it taking longer and well done than quick and horrible. Will book with her from now on!
