Very quick, great cut exactly how I wanted it - all in a short lunchbreak. I'm not sure why my long hair costs so much more to cut - I only had the split ends taken off, so it took half the time of the man with short hair next to me. I agree the music is much too loud - why are we Brits so bad at asking if they could turn the volume down?

The service & staff are great, my only issue is the this chain of salons doesn’t have a proper pedicure setup: water temp can’t be regulated, no foot rest, no chair adjustments & they could use more tools. Yes the price is great but basic tools can easily be added to provide even the most simple/value-added price services with out loosing revenue
