Nearly got scald from a new staff while washing hair. The water temperature was just too not steady when it started. Otherwise hair cutting was nice , that’s my second time there.

Very disappointed. I have many Polish on the edges of my nails on my skin. I have more cuticle dead skin than when I arrived because it was removed so hurriedly, and when I asked for adjustments felt a lot of attitude. Won’t be coming back.
