I originally booked with a different stylist. I arrived and was given a completely different one once I had finished getting my hair washed and was never told why or anything. I wish I had been told as I would have waited to reschedule for a time when the original stylist I booked was free. Did not get the haircut I wanted at all. Waste of time and money.
