I had 5 different people passing me around for my treatment in total, they also forgot I was there waiting for my hairwash and had to call someone to remind them. The girl drying my hair didn't know how to dry a fringe, I think it must have been her first day or maybe she didn't have any training/qualifications, someone else had to take over for her. Such a bad experience.
