Very disappointed. I went in with a light blonde balayage and asked for a light toner to neutralise some orange at the roots. Instead, a very dark brown toner/root smudge was applied without it being made clear to me, leaving me with dark brown hair and an ombré effect, which was the complete opposite of what I asked for. The haircut was fine, but I am genuinely shocked by the colour result and would not trust this salon with colour again.

The last three times I visited Splash (Goodge St. and Soho), I was assigned a different hairdresser than the one I booked, with no explanation. In my last visit (Soho) the salon was hot (no AC), and I wasn’t checked in, so TW marked me as no-show
