’d previously had a great experience here, but this time I was disappointed. I booked a bouncy blow-dry but was switched stylists to Pooja without notice. Her technique felt rushed, with minimal work and tension on each section. Despite explaining that my curly roots needed thorough drying to prevent frizz, my hair was frizzy by the time I left.

Worst salon experience I’ve ever had. Joseph was unpleasant from start to finish. He told me my hair looked awful, accused me of cutting it myself and mocked its thin nature. When I became upset by these unnecessary comments, he laughed, told me to “get the violins out” and complained about my 8pm appointment as he wanted to go home. Absolutely unacceptable. The rudest man I have ever met, even the receptionist had to apologise for his behaviour. As a young woman i have never been so appalled.
