My experience at Splash was very negative. They overbooked (a stressed staff member admitted it happens often) so they rushed everything and gave little care or attention to detail. I was left under a heat lamp for an indefinite amount of time and had to ask for help because it was roasting me. Then halfway through the blowdry she stopped and asked if I wanted my hair more dry… it was still half wet. I paid for a blow dry so it felt very cheeky. They also dont care if you book a specific stylis

Absolutely outstanding experience at Splash Hair Salon. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcomed, relaxed and genuinely cared for. The atmosphere is stylish yet friendly, and every member of staff was professional, attentive and incredibly talented.
My stylist listened carefully to exactly what I wanted and transformed my hair beautifully. The cut, colour and finish were flawless, and I left feeling confident and refreshed.
