My appointment was booked for 3:55pm, then I received a call asking me to come at 4:30pm, which I declined. The receptionist ended the call abruptly,which I flagged on arrival as I thought it was very rude.The hairdresser was lovely and polite but I didn’t get what I asked for a small blunt trim but was left with uneven, different lengths.No towels were available,couch roll was used during the wash and to squeeze excess water from my hair. I’ve sent 3 emails & WhatsApp messages - no response
