Ladies haircut was very bad. The stylist never listened, never wanted to shorten the length but the stylist eventually did it what he wanted and ruined the hairs.

Very good and really pleased with the haircut.

For 1 hour appointment she took 2.5 hours, out of which she she has the dye in my hair for 1 hour. My hair is very damaged. So disappointed. Didn’t even have time to give feedback because she had 2 other customers in the same time. Never again!
