One of the best waxing experiences I’ve had! Vrunda was so lovely and friendly, it felt like chatting with someone I’d known for ages, which made the appointment really comfortable. She was professional, thorough, and efficient, and I was in and out in just 20 minutes without ever feeling rushed. The location is also really convenient for me as it’s close to work. Overall, a fantastic experience and I’ll definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommend!

My toner doesn’t cover my hair, isn’t blended, and doesn’t match on both sides & Even the cut is questionable. I booked with Lorena but had a different person and they said they didn’t know who Lorena was? Also, they were running 45 minutes late.
