The salon was chaotic and understaffed. I booked with a different stylist but was sent to someone else. Someone who wasn’t even a hairdresser was washing my hair because they were understaffed. She left me sat with conditioner and wet hair for 20 minutes whilst I had to wait for the stylist to cut and blow dry someone’s hair (a whole appointment) and then my hair was washed and then seen by the hair dresser. The hair cut was very choppy, no blending nothing. Avoid.
