Mani and pedi and reception were fantastic as usual, however this time my blow dry was not great and the lady doing it was rushing and didn’t listen to how I wanted my hair to look. Usually the stylists at Splash are better

Booked for 5pm and paid the higher rate for that time. Arrived at 4:50 to find started cutting another persons hair. Wasn’t seen until 5:22 and appointment lasted 16mins. No mention that would be late. Not sure why seeing walk ins when pre books pay a premium for a certain time. Disappointing.
