My experience at Splash was very negative. They overbooked (a stressed staff member admitted it happens often) so they rushed everything and gave little care or attention to detail. I was left under a heat lamp for an indefinite amount of time and had to ask for help because it was roasting me. Then halfway through the blowdry she stopped and asked if I wanted my hair more dry… it was still half wet. I paid for a blow dry so it felt very cheeky. They also dont care if you book a specific stylis
