I have m long hair, they mentioned I would have to pay £10 extra which was fine because I paid that last time as well, but this time they charged me £15 because they used curling machine. They used it last time as well but did not charge for it.

Terrible experience. I was sat with wet hair for 40 minutes, the hairdressers spent all her time on FaceTime to her partner whilst cutting my hair. She did the opposite of what I asked and when I asked to put heat protection on my hair she said no
