She didn’t wash my hair clean, the roots are still dirty and oily. Nor did she use any heat protectant or serums. My hair smells burnt

Poor management and customer service. My hair dresser changed last minute, my jumper and jeans were soaked, I was left for ages with no communication, ignored by staff, another customer was placed in my chair with all her stuff on mine whilst I had my hair washed, alternative chair had left over hair all over it with clippers - manger could tell I was upset by how I was treated, yet wasn’t professional. Crazy how this service would’ve been over £60.
