Very pleasant experience. Only thing is that I wasn't offered the exfoliation of the hands at the end and had to ask for the moisturiser, as the technician unfortunately forgot both. Otherwise, very happy with the treatment.

Awful. Do not go. It was so loud the receptionist and stylist couldn’t hear me & vice versa. Stylist didn’t know how to give treatment and didn’t use Kerastase and used a cheaper brand. Couldn’t do a regular blow dry and forced me to have the only style he knew to do.

The salon was very loud and busy and it could have been maintained better, plus nobody really looked after you. Think if you're a regular there you are well looked after though. That said, my beauty therapist was lovely and fast and did a good job.
