Very friendly girl and she was very quick. However, it sometimes took her 4 pulls before the wax was off (whilst it's supposed to be just 1). This made it very uncomfortable and painful.

Even though I booked a 2 hour slot for my manicure and pedicure I felt rushed and not really pampered.
The girl did my cuticles quite badly and made 3 of my fingers bleed, she gave me 10% off but my nails did not look neat.

Wasn't the best hot wax I've had but also wasn't the worst. She was friendly and quick but her technique left me a little sore. Got a good discount from Treatwell though so not too disappointed and would go again if there was another discount offer.
