The quality of everything was great! The massage was really good, but the music from the barbers upstairs was coming through the speakers which did take away from the relaxation of the service.

The receptionist is very accommodating and my hairdresser was kind. He listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered well. I enjoyed my olaplex cut+ blowout. However, there were two issues:
1. I was put off by the smell of the salon which could use a good clean. 2. Also, many of the hairdressers shout at each other over the clients’ heads, which is very disruptive (especially with someone cutting your hair) and quite annoying. Perhaps lowering the music level might make it easier for them to have a normal conversation.
