Good wine, lovely people except one staff member who was unbelievably rude. If you don't understand something they get irritated. Apart from that, the other staff were amazing. Treatment felt rushed but that's comes with the 'express' element.

I had a shellac manicure not a pedicure as stated. I recommend Splash to everyone but unfortunately I was left unimpressed with this visit. The beautician got shellac on my skin and then tried to file it off at the end. I had to physically pull my hand away as it was so painful and one of my fingers is still hurting where the skin was filed. The filing/buffing beforehand was also very rough. As someone who has shellac all the time I know the service I expect and Splash is my regular. It is unfortunate that this time I have been left in pain.
