Studio was very unorganised. I previously booked a brazilian blow dry on treatwell and they charged an extra 20 pounds in the salon. I then got an express manicure which was painful and the woman did not care. I went up to finish my brazilian blow dry and my guy had started cutting someone elses hair.

Honestly the worst manicure I've ever had. Very poorly done, no attention to detail at all, the employee barely spoke English. Really really bad, left the place with unremoved nail polish all around my nails, cuticles really badly removed as well (I had the deluxe manicure, which kind of sounds as a joke for the service I've got).
Never coming back for sure, this is te typical cheap place that in the end ends up being more expensive as you have to get it done again. Awful.
