The treatment itself was done professionally and has lasted pretty nicely. The salon itself however, is loud and really not very nice - located at a Soho basement of a hair salon.
The system does not let you book two treatments, so I could not add shellac takeoff and they downgraded my treatment saying with takeoff it takes longer, so is not possible to do. But they finished my treatment almost 30min early. So not very forthcoming attitude. Will probably not return.

The massage was lovely but the room was very cold so make sure you ask to turn the heater on before starting as well as the ambient music because above is a noisy hair salon. Otherwise nice!
