The eyebrow wax took off a layer of skin under each eyebrow, so I look quite weird now and have to cover it with foundation. However the tinting and shape was good, and the beautician was lovely and friendly.

Incredible value. My cuticles were a bit abused but I've let them go quite a bit. First time eyelash and eyebrow tint but won't be the last! Only wish the pedicure chairs were massage.

Always reliably good. My only very slight negative is it's very noisey and it would be great if they could make it a little more tranquil.

absolutely awful! I've asked for a particular person when booking and when i got there i was given someone else despite holding a confirmation email that Ola will be performing my treatment. My waxing treatment was below averge and i mentioned that to the receptionist on the way out who attacked me in the middle of the salon saying it was my fault i didnt complain to start with for not being given the person i requested. I wanted to give the poor girl a chance but i just explained that my experience was not up to the standard. She then brought up the lady who perfomed my treatment and they started attacking and shouting at me together!! I have been going there for years! Never again! This is an unprofessional, money grabbing institution. Shame on you all really for your attitude on saturday! Awful
