I will not call it a pedicure, it was just a polish with a colour of my choice. I had to apply my own creams and the staff was quite rude/anti British! I will not be visiting this venue again. Certainly a memorable experience for all the wrong reasons!
Absolutely terrible place. I will certainly not be visiting this place again. I have never experienced such pain on my fingers after a manicure. A lady called Stefania did my manicure and did not even soak my nails before pushing back my cuticles. As a result, I was bleeding from so many cuticles. She apologised but I doubt she knew what she was doing. The manicure took about 6-8 minutes altogether. To add insult to injury, her colleagues, in the broken English they spoke had the audacity to insult British people in my presence. They were very rude and did not have a clue what they were doing. I am amazed that these people are employed in this business. Definitely by far the worst manicure and experience I have ever had. As for their mannerism, if they don't like this country and the people, I suggest they go back to where they came from. Appalling place and people.
Very close to tube (Piccadilly Circus or Leicester Square). Place is convenient and closes late. Relaxing massage, nearly fell asleep. However, basement is crowded with people waiting for haircut and was rather noisy.
Manicure looks fantastic. Therapist seemed unhappy with the work environment - mainly due to her long work hours. Not the best ambiance but great value! I would go back again.
very good venue. made to feel very welcome. they even called before the treatment to confirm I would be attending. therapist was very good. gave a good massage with the right pressure. highly recommended
