Convincing sun-kissed tan and very pleasant therapist - otherwise mistakenly thought I'd be going into a private booth although discovered would have to strip down to a paper thong, with all excess flesh and cellulite on display for the therapist - not something I'd like to repeat until substantially slimmer!!
This was my second appointment at Splash, the first time I went to their Charing Cross branch which was much smaller so I it was a pleasant surprise to see that the basement floor (where the manicure rooms are) was much bigger than anticipated. My therapist was very good and honest when helping me to choose the color. I initially wanted French manicure which she advised me that they don't do when the client has purchased a voucher because it takes longer.... So that was the only downside for me and I wish they could say so on the advertisement for the evoucher so nobody is let down when they get there. Although a little disappointed, I chose to go with my go-to color -RED!!! She told me it sometimes could be see-through but the end result was good so, all in all, I am pleased with Splash and their services.
Really quick and great treatment - takes less than an hour to do and lasts nearly 3 weeks! Splash is always busy and seems to have a cult following. I have been back twice now as convenient and good work
I was put off when I entered the salon because it seemed to be a very loud hair salon. However the treatment room was separate from this but I could still hear everything. My therapist was late to the appointment and had obviously been working quite hard in the daytime so I felt that this was quite rushed but she was nice and thorough.
I called to make an appointment on the day, but I had not bought my Wahanda voucher. They told me they would honour the Wahanda price of £19 + a fee of £6 for removal of my existing Shellac. I made an appointment for 7pm on Saturday. I also booked a wax for straight after This is an incredibly busy loud salon in the middle of Soho I was early so I waiting downstairs, I was then shown to a manicure table right next to where two guys were having their hair cut They do Shellac and Gellish with a limited range of colours The therapist was lovely friendly and very thorough. My Shellac was soaked off and reapplied, it took over an hour with a great hand scrub and moisturiser at the end. My nails looked fantastic, but I think she forgot to do the top coat on the RHS so this looked dull a couple of days later They completely forgot about the wax and so I just left this Fantastic value and I will be back!
