Ola was great- she was very fast and did a great wax in minimal time with very little discomfort. Salon is always busy which is a good sign and the therapists are always so polite. Will revisit as always punctual and efficient

Studio was very unorganised. I previously booked a brazilian blow dry on treatwell and they charged an extra 20 pounds in the salon. I then got an express manicure which was painful and the woman did not care. I went up to finish my brazilian blow dry and my guy had started cutting someone elses hair.
