My experience started badly as I neglected to book gel removal, only applying. At first they were really rude and got upset, told me it messes with the schedules and they can't help. I was on my lunch break and wasted a long time trying to sort it out. After I agreed to come back in the eve, everything shifted. They were able to shift things around and I stayed for the whole treatment.
Margarita was fantastic- pleasant and super professional. The nails looked incredible and apart from this booking incident I would definitely recommend the place. A bit hectic but all in all a very good experience. Large collection of colours and so far the gel looks perfect! Recommended!! (Just be specific when booking as the place is super busy)

The arrival was a little awkward as I was directed downstairs but it wasn't clear where I should wait. Members of staff were rushing around, one even washed his own hair in the sink.. having said that the lady who did my treatment was really nice and professional. The treatments were good, although I felt one eyebrow was slightly darker that the other when I saw it in the daylight. I would give them another go though.

First impressions were poor: it's crowded. Staff are brusque. Though the massage room is how I'd expect it to be – peaceful, calm, pleasant, the rest of the salon is busy and frantic, almost like a bar. It was only an okay massage (it was slightly too mild for my tastes) and will stick with my usual spot in future.
