Gel Nails Manicure
This was my second hair removal treatment with Martina. Once again she was great - friendly and informative about the treatment. The treatment room at splash that they use for the Soprano Ice is really lovely.
I turned up half an hour early but they would not let me sit inside. There is a bench outside and I sat there until 11. The therapist did not turn up but someone else volunteered. When I went down, the machine did not work and they said they don't normally transfer Wahanda appointments, but eventually did sort out another appointment at another branch - for over 4 hours later. I took it as I had travelled in and already wasted almost half a day so wrote off the rest. The other appt was good.
Microdermabrasion
This was just a Shellac take-off, but for both that and then the Shellac treatments (which they'd done for me too), I definitely recommend Splash! I've had several of the therapists here now, they're all lovely, and do good work. They're super fast, so actually your appointment isn't usually as long as you expect. If you're like me, in a hurry, this is ideal, and I recommend them. If you're looking for relaxation or pampering, there are other places.
