I had Serena for a shellac manicure and pedicure - she was lovely, friendly and did a great job of both my hands and feet - very thorough and neat - they look set to last the distance and I would definately go back to Splash. I changed the time of my appointment 3 times and each time they could accommodate my request, were friendly and sent me a new confirmation. 5 star rating from me!

Yolanda was absolutely wonderful. Really friendly and chatty, she made me feel at ease and the treatment was wonderful. I'll definitely I back!
Pedicure
Great little place and very busy. Staff were really friendly and they had a great selection of nail varnish to select from. Very comfortable room where they do the manicures, would definitely be going back next time.
Gel Nails Manicure
Federika was very welcoming and spot on with the treatment, shame the room is right next to a loud pedicure area and the salon downstairs plays loud music. A bit cheaper, and i would come back!
Aromatherapy Massage
Quite small venue and when I went, very crowded. It seems predominantly a hairdresser and was full of men - which just surprised me as I thought it was a beauty salon. There were no signs to treatment areas, so by a process of elimination and exploration I found my way into the beauty area downstairs. The treatment and therapist were tip-tip though. I was just a little concerned that, when I got home afterwards, I found an email that showed 2 minutes before my appointment time, without any contact with me, they had rescheduled it for 5 minutes earlier. If you are 10 mins late, it gets cancelled. I got there dead on time and was sent straight through, but had I been 5 mins later on my first visit, I would not have been seen because of the rescheduling. I don't think they should be allowed to reschedule (and for an earlier time, AND without telling or agreeing it with me) within 2 hours of the appointment time as people would have started travelling. If it wasn't for the quality of the therapist, I wouldn't necessarily choose there again.
