The atmosphere in the salon is not great - the lighting is very harsh and it lacks character. I rated the cleanliness as poor as I saw the hair brush was covered in hair before it was used on me. My up do was shockingly bad, and everyone that has seen the photos agrees. I didn't have time to go back home, wash and style my hair so I had to push for them to take it out and do a curly blow dry, which they did. I asked for the difference in price to be refunded and the salon refused.
