I’d booked the treatments with Muskan and even spoke to her on the phone an hour prior to confirm the booking. When o arrived at the venue I was told she was busy and “Gosha” would do my treatments. Very poor experience - hair patches left everywhere. Not going back to this place ever again. Manager not great either
