Nice and efficient. Listened carefully to what I requested. The salon itself is busy and has loud music playing all the time – maybe as you’d expect in Soho but not exactly relaxing!

hair care was top. service a bit disappointing as they don't provide cloakroom but they ask you to move around a two storey shop leaving unattended your bags
