Quite honestly the most disgusting & shocking service I have ever received from anyone within customer service. All staff are independent contractors and are so not obligated to offer any level of service, and it shows! Reception staff were lovely however from the second I entered it was clear that my appointment was an inconvenience to the hairdresser and I was given foul attitude throughout, being left in tears by the end of it and accused of having “mental issues”. 100% would steer clear.
