Booked a Kérastase treatment, wash and cut. Tani started the treatment but left me waiting over 20 mins with no explanation, which was frustrating. Lume then took over:rude, mean and very unprofessional. She pressured me to pay extra for a blow dry, saying when asked difference - “one’s with money, one’s not,” which was tasteless. She didn’t brush my hair after rough drying it, leaving it messy and unfinished. The cut is uneven and poorly done. I left embarrassed and disappointed. AVOID LUME!
