Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
Booked, paid and confirmed with receptionist that I would be receiving a Kerastase treatment with my wash cut and blow dry. I did not receive the treatment and was only told after I asked the hairdresser if I had it done, they made no effort to tell me or rectify their error. I was offered the price difference as credit for my next appointment which I did not take as I will never be returning to any of their salons!
