I ordered a wash, cut and BD with a free treatment. I didn’t get a treatment. No heat protector was used and I could smell my hair burning. As soon as he was finished, cape came straight off, didn’t get a real chance to look and back wasn’t shown. The cut is nice but thats the only positive of my experience.
