I booked the service in advance, but when I arrived, it wasn’t available and I had to leave without using it.
I was told the booking would be cancelled and I’d receive a £81 refund — but neither the cancellation nor the refund has been processed.
Very disappointing experience. Poor communication and no follow-up at all.
I would not recommend this service based on how this issue was handled
