I’ve been visiting Splash Soho for over 12 years, almost every two weeks, and I’m always extremely happy with the service. Tsegi is an amazing hairstylist who knows exactly what I need every time. I’ve used her from the very beginning, and when she’s on holiday it’s honestly difficult for me (in a funny way!) because no one else matches her skill. Truly the best! Highly recommend.

Not very professional. Didn’t offer a cover up during the cut so had hair everywhere until I demanded once. She burnt scalp with hot hairdryer way too close to the roots and then again burnt my ear with straightener and pulled hair excessively. Did a terrible job at curling hair, where half head was flat and then pulled the hair too much as well as using excessive heat for my thin hair. Ended up leaving before it was styled as didn’t want any further damage. I shared all of this with reception.
