Booked at Splash Salon Charing Cross but was redirected elsewhere. During my appointment, hair dye was splashed onto my shirt, arms, and even my fingernails. I complained to the manager, who was dismissive. I then emailed and WhatsApped photos of the damage but received no response. The colour result was awful despite requesting a simple darker brown shade I regularly have. I spent over four hours in the salon, left in tears, and had to dispute the payment with my bank.
