Worstttttttt experience! Balayage is just a joke there! The place is too loud’

I went all excited to get balayage done, but they ruined it saying you have Indian hair, I can’t do this or that, the result was outrageous and didn’t like it at all. What I showed vs what I get is just two different world. NEVER EVER GO FOR BALAYAGE. My hair looks damaged after going for extra oplaplex, I don’t see any use of it. During the process she was too harsh with my hair, the process was full of pain, Her name is Romana, I couldn’t tell her face to face but sorry’ you need training.
lovely girl that did my pedicure, ended up doing an express as we ran out of time even though I paid for a deluxe and then they still charged me for the removal which I felt was a bit unfair. the nails are nicely done but shame it was a bit rushed
