Worst hair appointment I’ve had in London. Bruna was shockingly rude and unprofessional. I don’t understand how she’s allowed to work there. The wash and blow dry were painful, with constant pulling. She complained about my hair, and kept complaining about it being her day off, and even refused to finish at one point and management had to beg her to. I left feeling uncomfortable and unsettled (and having to redo the job at home!). unacceptable experience - that woman should get sacked
