Poor customer service in general, no one really cares about you there. The place is noisy, not very clean and there are a lot of people coming and going all the time. Waxing, manicure and pedicure were also of poor level and quality. Would not recommend.

Maria was amazing - it was my first time with her, and I hadn't waxed myself in a long time. I would recommend her.

The salon is dirty and the staff, whilst super polite and friendly, clearly had no idea what they were doing. I would be surprised if the stylist had received any training beyond watching YouTube. He made a vague attempt to cut a tiny bit of hair, I was very glad he wasn't enthusiastic! We moved to a blow dry quickly. A less frightening experience as no permanence! Those dirty brushes though :( I left and went straight home and washed my hair immediately!!
