Shaping cut and blow dry. The only fly in the ointment was the (unknown) top floor member of staff who was sexist and insulting to the female friend who came to meet me when my appointment (downstairs) was nearly over. But I'm a returning client, and will be back because of the excellent stylists I've had every visit. Some non-discriminatory training may be necessary for your male upstairs staff... 😉
