Unfortunately I had an obviously inexperienced person. Extremely painful due to her not waiting for the wax to fully dry before ripping it off, and she kept pulling tiny chunks instead of ripping the strip in one go. I still have a lot of random patches with hair. I also paid for an other zone and did not receive it, I did not even ask for it because I did not want to go through more pain. She seemed nice but having been doing these for 10+ years I have never had someone do such a poor job.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this experience just wasn’t up to the usual standard. The hairdresser was nice, but the whole experience felt very rushed. She used only 4 foils for my highlights, which I was obviously confused at but decided to trust - as expected my hair colour doesn’t look any different. She then tried to tell me I was having rough dry when I’d paid for blow dry. Like I said, Splash is usually great (I’ve been going here for 3 yrs) but this was very disappointing ☹️
