The appointment started 40 mins late - no apology or compensation. Asked me a few questions about the colour but did the opposite (did ashy instead of warm and left the toner on for short time instead of long time). Maybe a miscommunication between us, but was disappointing that it happened twice. The cut is also a bit uneven on the layering - maybe was rushed as last client of day, but not too pleased with the job.

The pedicure was very thorough and neat. Lovely result. The place lacked atmosphere but was good value so a fair trade off in my opinion
