booked with Emma but was switched to Ezekiel without prior notice.I booked formaldehyde-free straightening but was suggested to take the one with formaldehyde. There was coffee in the backwash sink where my hair was cleaned and it wasn’t properly detangled before starting to apply the product I even offered to do it myself. My requests (more product and focus on certain areas) were ignored, and the result is worse than before with roots more noticeable. I've never had an issue like this before
