There was quite a bit of waiting around and no communication when I would be seen. my hair definitely didn't feel like it was conditioned or wasn't a relaxing experience I was hoping for and looking forward to. Will not be returning.

Came again for a blow dry and very good, not amazing like last time but my stylist was a bit rushed as the next booking was very soon. But still very good and would recommend and come again
