Unwelcoming receptionist a by the front door, who was so unhelpful and rude. Made up for by the friendly receptionist downstairs. The salon is dirty, as others have said. When they eventually found someone to wash my hair, it was incdiedly rushed and the guy clearly had no idea what he was doing. Thankfully, this experience was made up for by Josef - really pleased with my haircut and how it turned out, and his fabulous customer service! His suggestions were spot on and really suit my hair type
