Josef did a marvellous blow dry with my hair which is very fine and lacks body,
His skill and professionalism were excellent..I shall definitely be re-booking on my next Londo visit.

Would not call this a pedicure. It's just polish. No cuticle tidy or other prep. Colours limited. Salon was loud and busy. Also price on the door was 8 pounds less than the "reduced " price j paid. That said if you want a speedy polish done by a friendly beautician this is it.

Booked with a specific stylist who was unavailable on arrival, was persuaded to stay, then left unhappy with the result. Most disappointing was how respectfully raised concerns were handled — I felt dismissed rather than supported as a customer.
