First time at the salon and I am someone that doesn’t give chances to new places but I loved my haircut and blow dry! I booked with someone else but first hairstylist available cut my hair but I was very satisfied and happy with the results! My hair was how I wanted no much length cut out and layers! It was good in the end but the booking said it would take 1hr35 and it took 3hr 20 so that was quite frustrating. They were clearly overbooked with my stylist doing 3 clients at the same time! Anyway I liked the result so would return.

Should have known from the prices that this place is cheap and nasty. No one working there has any customer service skills. There’s very little hygiene standards. The woman who was doing my wax barely said anything that wasn’t a complaint (e.g. “you used a razor. the hairs are hard to remove”), which yes, I had shaved my legs 2 weeks ago (normally long enough!)
I have been left with burst blood vessels around my groin which not only are painful but I worry they will last. AVOID!
