Got asked to wax my bows half way through which me to think she wasn’t confident/competent to thread so I reluctantly agreed. We had to do some touch ups, was tweezered a lot which again felt quite junior in skill from many years of getting them done. Only once I left I realised I had a friction burn under one of my brows from the waxing so she didnt even do that correctly. I had to cover the scar with glitter for festival just to hide it out of embarrassment. I won’t be returning. Retrain.
