I attended for a wash and blow dry. Josef was very friendly and the blow dry was completed quickly without having to wait.

The stylist was very friendly and pleasant, regrettably , the blow-dry itself was disappointing. It felt more like a quick rough and the result didn’t last beyond about 30 minutes before my event, which was frustrating given the purpose of the appointment. While the service was courteous, the styling result did not meet my expectations. Also I know this is not the stylist fault but really they did not have towels and they had to use kitchen roll that wasn’t good either!
