AVOID ESIN, she will rip your hair. Very disappointing experience. I booked with a different stylist, but was not informed beforehand that she was on holiday and was assigned Esin instead. She was extremely harsh when washing and blow-drying my hair, repeatedly pulling and getting the brush stuck in large sections. After I got home, I noticed two patches of missing hair that were not there before my appointment. I regret visiting this salon and would not return.

It’s usually fine. But the lady took off lunch of my eyebrows. Requested a refund. Upper lip and chin wax was good.
