Poor management and customer service. My hair dresser changed last minute, my jumper and jeans were soaked, I was left for ages with no communication, ignored by staff, another customer was placed in my chair with all her stuff on mine whilst I had my hair washed, alternative chair had left over hair all over it with clippers - manger could tell I was upset by how I was treated, yet wasn’t professional. Crazy how this service would’ve been over £60.

Edita was very warm and friendly. I am happy with the results overall, I asked for a blowdry with some curl and volume. It is a quick wash & blowdry at this salon but for the money, it is great value. Good for quick blow dry.
