Didn’t get the cut I asked for. He took all the weight out of the sides of my hair and the length was uneven. Blowdry wasn’t good it was frizzy and damp at the roots when I left

nice venue but they need staff trained in all different hair types the lovely lady who did my hair was amazing, other staff were asked to do it before her and were all scared to touch my hair as they didn’t know what to do with it and no one directly communicated with me that they didn’t know.It made me feel uncomfortable and almost embarrassed as they were looking at me but not communicating with me. The woman who ended up doing my hair was lovely i don’t remember her name she was turkish tho

All round 5-star experience. Knowledgeable receptionist who offered me valuable tips. Stylist Radika was extremely professional and thorough with her work. Was gentle with my textured hair. Would recommend this for anyone deciding where to receive top-notch hairstyles in Central London :)
