Terrible. I booked a specific hairdresser, but they changed it. They told me after my hair was washed and it was too late to leave. Just a straight haircut instead of layers. No beach waves hairstyle, but just straight. My fringe was cut very short, not straight and unven. Horrible. I had to go on holiday the day after the haircut, and I was so embarrassed I had to wear a hair band every day. Now I'm back to work, and I still am so embarrassed: I have to wear a hair band until it will grow back

Sadly I had a negative experience getting a manicure and pedicure at Splash. My sister’s wedding was the following day so I needed a last minute appointment but ended up having to take the polish off and wasted money. The polish was applied very unevenly and the nail artist didn’t tidy up my cuticles because she said they were already fine (despite that I’d paid for a full manicure). She also tapped the nails to check whether they were dry when they weren’t but didn’t correct that afterwards.

firza did great on the nail art. but the actual polish started coming off in 5days which is not worth thr 40 pounds i paid for it. i don't think i'll visit again
