The hair dresser was encouraging and sweet. She made me feel comfortable. But they postponed my appointment by 30 minutes in at the last moment when I was nearing the salon and the wait time was a lot. But overall it was a good experience.

Hair is a disaster told the hairdresser my exact colour number she declined ( I have been to this place numerous times so I know ) she advised me another colour I said why can’t I go for my usual colours - anyhow she mixed her numbers left it on my roots too long and never blended it with the rest of my hair when washing . Only when I got home in natural light did I see the line of black / brown ! I have to go to a professional hairdresser now and get my hair redone. Never retuning again .
