Always book with my usual stylist but wasn't told she was unavailable until I arrived. While I understand things happen, the service was incredibly rushed and careless. Was passed between two different stylists, barely paid attention while doing my roots, without properly sectioning or pulling the hair, claiming she was "told to only use 10 foils" which has never been the case. I left the salon with hair that was still half-wet and unbrushed. Really disappointed and will consider another option

I had never been to Splash before and it was a really pleasant surprise. Everyone was super welcoming, and Anita did an amazing job. She is really nice and she understood perfectly what I was looking for, she was very attentive. Highly recommend!
