I had booked a specific stylist (Diane) and was only told once my hair had been washed that she no longer worked at the establishment and wouldn’t be cutting my hair.
It was disappointing not to have been told in advance

Edita is a lovely hairdresser with polite and calm temperament. She cut my hair very professionally and gave an amazing blow dry. I would definitely recommend her. The staff were very nice and overall I was happy. I didn’t love the pumping nightclub music which made it feel not as relaxing but this is my personal take. I think happier or more relaxing music would create a better atmosphere for treatments. The lady who washed my hair was also excellent. Fantastic value and I would def return.
