I originally booked in Soho, then they switched stylist as she was on holiday, so I changed the date to someone else. Then on the day, 26 August, they messaged and asked if I could come to Covent Garden instead, as someone called in sick. I agreed. The stylist was amazing but the salon was horrible! The toilet was disgusting, although the salon was nearly empty. The manager and the receptionist never helped to clean so everything was messy. Very badly managed. Would never ever return.

’d previously had a great experience here, but this time I was disappointed. I booked a bouncy blow-dry but was switched stylists to Pooja without notice. Her technique felt rushed, with minimal work and tension on each section. Despite explaining that my curly roots needed thorough drying to prevent frizz, my hair was frizzy by the time I left.
