Lorena was fantastic and gave me a lovely blow-dry which last for ages! Salon is a little chaotic and was pretty warm given the weather but they work so so so hard and you can't deny the value for money!

Hi, I’m sorry to ask, but I’d like to request a refund.
I’m quite shocked by my experience. Last time I had a great haircut, and the stylist understood exactly what I wanted from a reference photo. Unfortunately, this time my hair was cut much shorter than I asked for and styled in a way I specifically didn’t want.
When I raised my concerns, I was told I shouldn’t complain because it was a “million-dollar haircut” and that the stylist could only do beautiful hair, not necessarily what I wanted.
