The place didn’t seem busy but appeared disorganised. I had a good first time experience but this time round wasn’t as good. It felt like they were doing too many things at once and I felt like I was constantly waiting around for someone.

The lady who did my cut was really lovely. However, my hair was literally washed for 2 mins and the deep conditioner was not used. I also added a blow dry on and due to the texture of my hair the lady used a straighter and I was charged for it!
