it was a low start, but I am very happy with my haircut! I had a 5.45 appointment, but was only seen at 6.20. I understand that they were very busy and were running behind, but the waiting area downstairs was very hot and crowded so would have been nice to have been told upfront about the wait. I also had booked my appointment with Anaya. This then switched to Lily as she was the one available. I want to highlight I am very happy. But leave extra time and don’t assume you’ll get who you booked.

Lorena was fantastic! Everything from roots color, cut and blow dry was impeccable. I definitely recommend her. The space would benefit from some additional ventilation not just for clients but mostly for the staff. But very satisfied with my experience.

2nd time, both bad. ‘Free condition treatment’ never applied. Told the lady I’m losing my fine hair, she yanked at it brushing from the top. ZERO products used post wash. She took my cape off, hair half wet, said ‘done’ when I’d paid for a blow dry.
