This is a very buzzy Soho salon that just does about everything for a fraction of the cost of the average salon without sacrificing quality. How? Because they are bbbbbuuuuuusssssyyyyy!

Splash Soho is a no frills experience. I'm totally fine with that given the price you pay and how easy it is to get a booking. My last 2 cuts where pretty good so I was more than happy to return but unfortunately on this occasion the service was very rushed and when I got home and styled my hair I could see the lack of care that had gone into it. I have a medium length bob, no layers and not a huge amount of volume. Hard to mess up really, but I'm now nervous about going back.

I have previously left an honest review about my experience at this branch, that the salon is very hot (which is also bad for the staff! the lady who did my hair was short of breath and her hand was sweating and slipping, the salon is in the basement so zero fresh air).
Hygiene extremely poor too. Today, however, my appointment was cancelled. I was told when I went there that I was no longer welcome because | left a negative review. extremely disappointing, unfair, and genuinely concerning.
