A hair mask must be kept in the hair for a while, there is no point in putting it then washing it off the same second, although, I’m pretty sure no hair mask was even used in the first place. I left with dryer hair, the blow out was nice because you can tell she knew what she was doing, but the hair mask I was promised when paying was not there, and when I did ask if they applied it a random guy working there (not even the one who washed) said yes, how did he know? He wasnt there
