Staff are lovely and I am content with my haircut. I went for something simple and very similar to the hair style I previously had and they accomplished cutting my hair as I asked.

The girl who did my nails was very sweet and talkative, however the manicure took quite a long time and the manicure is chipping quite a lot already a week later.

The worst haircut I have ever had, rude staff who don't know what they are doing. I also paid for a blow dry and my hair was rough dried and I still have not been refunded for it. I will NEVER go back to Splash Soho again, which is a shame as Splash at Goodge Street is fantastic! All round awful experience, and customer service have been slow and unhelpful so far.
