If you have only ever had (painful) strip waxing before, then the hot chocolate waxing performed here is a revelation. The chocolate wax is a hard wax, meaning it is put on, hardens and is then pulled off itself. It doesn’t stick to skin, only to hairs and the same area can therefore be waxed more than once if needed leading to a much smoother result. It also hurts a LOT less (although to be frank, saying it is pain free is rather an exaggeration). Janvi was lovely and put me at ease straight away. I will definitely be going back!

Staff are friendly and good at what they do. Hygiene standards are high and the waxing itself is painless and accurate. Will def be returning. chocolate wax is the best never had it before truly amazing!!
