they certainly need to improve the booking process. I booked for one day that was available on the app with a person, then they rang me to say that was not available anymore as the person is not anymore working that day. I had my pedicure done by a practitioner that was really kind but the polish was not so precise. then I booked the manicure for the day after but they cancelled it as there was a double booking for a mistake.

My nails were clumpy and turned green, emailed the salon for a refund but never got one
