I didn’t get my treatment. I booked online an hour earlier nd turned up at the salon 15 minutes early. They wouldn’t see me because “the owner didn’t tell them about the booking” and they had someone else booked in at my time. There is clearly a lack of communication and the salon needs to update to digital bookings if using treatwell. This is 2 miles from central london where people are always on the go and need last minute appointments.
The beautician was having a hair cut/blow dry/hair wash when I turned up for the appointment. This is very unprofessional even if you are having a lunch break. This should be done outside of work hours not within.
