I recently visited for the first time for a Deep tissue full body massage which was great as I'm a Beauty therapist aswel and the lady helped with my nots. The massage it's self was lovely but I did pick up on a few things that I feel are worth mentioning. When I arrived I wasn't greated in the way i would expect, No one asked for my name the whole time I was their which didn't make me feel very welcomed espeically as I was a new client. I was then took upto the treatment room where I was told to get ready to then be left waiting on the couch for 9 minutes while the therapist went back downstairs to chat. I also wasn't asked if I had any allergies before starting (when I got home my skin was itchy) also their was a thin peice of couch roll on the bed but nothing around the top part of the bed so when I laid down and put my face through the face hole it was extremely cold and hard I think a towel would be more comfortable. Also the head rest when your turned over is pretty solid so wasn't comfy and hurts your neck. Then when I came down to pay I was never asked if I wanted to 're book so again I felt I wasn't welcomed to come back. The therapist (Gina) was nice and the massage was lovely but these little bits would of made all the difference for me. It came across abit rude to be honest and left me feeling abit shocked when I left and thought about it.

I have been 3 times now to have the ear candeling and this time took my 80 year old mother to have hers done as well. Lovely ladies and very clean and relaxing environment, would recomend as defiantly 5 stars
