I purchased this Hopicandle appointment for my wife as a Christmas present. When I purchased this it was sold to me as 1 hour appointment as per my confirmation email. 5 days later I receive an email to tell me the appointment has changed to 45 minutes. At this point I thought what’s 15 minutes, I would get my wife to mention it on arrival. When I dropped my wife for the appointment on Saturday at 11am she then came out 30 minutes later and told me that she had been informed the appointment is actually 30 minutes. I then receive another email to tell me the appointment had changed to 30 minutes. I am not happy that I purchased a 1 hour treatment for it to be Reduced by half! How is this right? How is that fair to advertise a treatment for 1 hour and then reduce it by half? I am not happy and would never recommend this company. Essentially I was missold the treatment. Had I known this I would have gone somewhere else entirely! Even the leaflet in the store specifies 45 minutes (apparently “15 minutes is for the staff to clean the room”, not sure why this would be classed as treatment time)
