It was very good, and charlotte was lovely. the Hollywood wax was over in about 15 mins, and pretty much all hair was removed. Downside is that my bum wasn't waxed, which I am normally used to with a Hollywood wax. However considering the price I paid, I thought the overall experience was brilliant.
