Charlotte was the person I went to to get my first ever Hollywood Wax and she's really lovely. There was one time where I couldn't book in before I was going away for a trip (my fault for looking at booking so late!) so had to book elsewhere but the service was not as good, never again will I go anywhere else! Charlotte is friendly, experienced and if it's your first appointment or you're looking at booking in somewhere new, I would highly recommend Charlotte!
