Nail or Gel Polish Removal
I paid for an OPI Gel manicure, my first problem came when Gina, who is lovely and this isn’t her fault, gave me a selection of colours to choose from, and the one I picked was not OPI, I found it frustrating that I paid for that certain brand as I get on with it better, and I didn’t get what I had paid for. My only other issue was the UV machine didn’t look particularly clean compared to other salons I have visited. On a lighter note, Gina was lovely & a lovely knowledgeable therapist.
Gel Nails Manicure
First time using the Treatwell app to book a massage and the first time using spoilt l, very good experience from start to finish, booking was simple and the staff where very friendly and welcoming.
Gina discussed any issues I had and spoke about the massage. Pressure was good will ask for firmer next time I visit but generally feel loser in my back and problem areas! 👍
