This was my first time having acupuncture and the practictioner was really knowledgable and friendly. The environment was relaxing and calm. Worth mentioning that it's quite hard to find as it's actually on the road behind High Holborn.

Theresa was excellent, it was my first time with acupuncture and she made me feel completely comfortable. Two days on from my treatment, I feel great, I have had the best few nights sleep in a long time, and my digestion and energy levels have improved. I'll definitely be back :)

Ivan is very knowledgable! I booked to have the deep tissue massage but after discussing what areas I was having issues with, he suggested a sports massage would be better. I will definitely be returning.
