This was my second appointment at S&T having attended 10 days prior to my recent appointment. After suffering from neck and shoulder pain for a few weeks I attended the clinic and experienced professionalism from the beginning, after having a consultation regarding my problems it was recommended to have ultrasound therapy with massage. This has help me so much I’m much more mobile and feel like the pain has decreased substantially. I will be going back very soon.

Staff were very professional on arrival. I had Mo who asked me exactly what I required rather than doing a generic sports massage. She concentrated on my areas of concern and was very knowledgable about the sports massage and could pin-point exactly where the areas of tightness were. I will definately be returning to S&T.
