Easy to find with residential parking around the area .Lovely staff and quite welcoming. The staff sent a message directly when they were running late so always keeping you informed. Ploy was a fantastic therapist. The reception could do with some fresh air/scent. Overall a lovely experience with experienced staff.

This was my first experience having a deep tissue sports massage, and i have to say it will be the first of many. Pam was my therapist and she was so lovely and professional. As this was my first time, she went gentle on me as my muscles weren't used to the pressure and tension. I could feel her working on every muscle, kneading out the tension and knots.
I left the clinic feeling so light. There was soreness afterwards, but pam had explained it was normal. 2 days later i still feel flexible and less tight on my upper back and neck/shoulders area.
Pam is really knowledgeable and explained really well what she was doing. I highly recommend visiting the S&T clinic, you wont get a better sports massage!
