About

I am a dedicated sports massage therapist with over a decade of experience in various massage techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, Traditional Thai Yoga massage, and Hot Stones. Since moving to Manchester in 2013, I have combined the expertise I’ve gained from around the world with a personalized approach, tailoring treatments to meet each client’s unique needs. I hold a BSc in Sport Science and Human Physiology and an MSc in Sports and Exercise Biomechanics from Manchester Metropolitan University. I am currently pursuing a BSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Salford. Additionally, I am a certified yoga instructor and an Advanced Traditional Thai Yoga massage practitioner, accredited by the ITM Massage School in Chiang Mai, Thailand. My professional journey has led me to work in physiotherapy clinics across Manchester, with sports teams, and in corporate wellness settings, where I integrate a holistic approach to health and well-being into my practice.
