Ben is great, he knew exactly how to deal with my shoulder pain. I wasn't sure which type of massage I needed so that's why I chose him looking at his extensive knowledge. He mixed Swedish, trigger point and sports massage to release my pain. His place is very clean and tidy. All in all extremely good value and would definitely recommend him
