Really great sports massage from Ben - he asked what areas I wanted to focus on and really spent time trying to work on them, as well as checking whether the amount of pressure was okay - which it was. It was exactly what I needed and I left feeling great - and will be back!

Ben is very professional, the massage was very good, I have been in a lot of places for a massage and have never been as good as this one. I had so many painful points and he could find and release all of them. he takes care u feel in a good relaxing atmosphere. Very happy with my massage and definetly I'll come back. I had 60' deep tissue massage and I'm planning take the 90' one next time!! Thanks Ben, I feel much better today

Ben was so lovely, he completely put me at ease on arrival. This is in his home and he's made it peaceful and warm. The massage has relaxed my shoulders and I feel I have much more movement than I did before. I shall definitely be back again soon.
