In other salons I have usually had to have a 'test' area prior to the actual tint to check for sensitivity; however this salon did not do this. Was not unduly concerned as I have had this treatment in other salons and have not experienced a problem.
Procedure was quick, easy and efficient and I am pleased with the overall result. Excellent value for money.
I was given a warm welcome by Nick, offered a drink he lead a helpful consultation to ensure the massage was tailored to my particular needs. The treatment room was a lovely temperature, comfortable and relaxing. It's smelt lovely from the essential oil steam diffuser. Nick is an exceptional masseur, he is professional, attentive and client focused throughout. He draws on a number of techniques from his years of practice and expertise. He managed to work away a lot of pain and discomfort built up in my head, neck, back and legs from a very stressful period of work. I left feeling deeply relaxed.
I've enjoyed having massages over the years and have had a range of treatments in various countries and places in this U.K. This was by far the best I've ever had. I highly recommend Nick, you certainly won't be disappointed.

The staff were friendly but professional. My masseur was generous time and gave a good, relaxing massage which really made a difference.
