Loved it. Feel so much better.
I had a migraine for 4 days, made worse my my tension on my neck and shoulders, by day 4 I was ready to cry. Booked a massage the same day to try and relieve it, which was fabulous. I was exhausted on Saturday and a little sore- which he'd advised me about. But feel so much better on the Sunday.
It's not the first time I've been, but Nick assesses you every time and tailors the massage to suit your needs. I didn't know which type of massage I needed, but Nick did. I've booked in again for a fortnight. Trying to keep my tension at bay.
Great value, I wish I could afford to pay more!
A little awkward to get inside the building but once inside we were made to feel very welcome. The treatments were amazing and I would definitely recommend.
I had the most amazing massage this morning by Nick! He was very professional and asked me a number of questions to help me benefit more from my massage. I felt completely relax and didn't want to move once I'd finished! I would definitely recommend Springfield day to my friends and I will be back again for another pamper! Thank you Nick!!
