Nails were good but had to wait longer than expected (despite booking) as the salon was busy. Feel like the customer service could be nicer and more welcoming.

Overbooking. Too many people being serviced at the same time meaning long delays even when you’ve booked ahead. Nails different shapes, sizes, thickness. Not much care taken.
