A little disappointed with this visit. A Staff member was unsure how to do nails and a 30min appointment took 60min with the nail technician not saying they couldn’t do what was asked, they tried to fudge their way through it. It was only a simple nail design on one nail with the others a block colour.
No communication about the issues or problem. Very disappointed

I used to go to this salon quite regularly and they were always really friendly and did such a good job. However in the last couple of times I’ve been (getting different treatments each time) I’ve been disappointed with the messiness and irregularity in service. This time I had nail extensions done and they honestly look like stick on nails bought from the supermarket. The thickness is inconsistent too which has made the shape of the nails look different on each finger.

AVOID!!!!!!!! Had to get medical care after getting eyelash extensions due to SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION!! NO PATCH TEST (which is illegal) they’re using cheap Asian glue that is not conforming to UK regulations! They laughed at me when I came back with swollen eyes, speaking in their own language (thinking we don’t have google translate) I was really angry!!! Worst experience of my life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Currently tacking further action by reporting to authorities!

Excellent service, very friendly and professional staff. Had an amazing day for my friend’s birthday treat. The nails treatment for my friend and I were outstanding. The staff were really nice. I could not recommend them more highly.

They don’t know what’s going on or the bookings they have. You have to explain yourself 3 times and wait for them to discuss it in their language which is rude for us. Is too expensive for what they offer and the work is basic. They say they are a bar but there is nothing about that and nothing that makes you feel in a luxury environment. I don’t recommend it
