I think the technician was in a rush to serve all his clients so my nails ended up looking like I had them done 3 weeks ago. What I’m most upset by is that he didn’t listen to me when I voiced my concerns but he brushed them aside making me feel like I’m asking too much for a service I was paying for. I could tell he’s good at what he does but I didn’t get that “good customer service” this time. I won’t be going back to this establishment
