I was given the wrong treatment and then the therapist argued with me to pay for it - I ended up paying some money just to leave. This was a really horrible experience

The venue is lovely but they clearly should just stay a nail bar. Didint ask how I wanted them was very slow and painful pulling out the hairs. She then gave up just plucked a few more and then left allott of stray hairs. I was done in 2 minutes.
